For all of our new or interested clients, we offer a free one hour, $100 value, complete evaluation to help you discover where you are and where you would like to go with your fitness.

The evaluation includes a complete body composition, measurements and assessment. It takes about an hour and is completed at our training center where you will get a tour and introduction to any of our available trainers. If you decide to sign up with us you will recieve 20% off your training fee the length of time you train with us.

Personal Training

Training can be intimidating, and we can help. It can be hard to know how much to push your self and when rest is necessary. When to eat more to build more, and when to change your routine to keep your body changing. This is where our experienced trainers come in.

All of our trainers are certified and up to date with the latest physical training methods and practices. We make it our business to have a wealth of knowldege in the science of human movement, functional anatomy and physiology and kinesiology. In additon all of our trainers have emergency cardiac care (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) certifications to ensure the safety of our clients as they reach their goals. TRX Training

Strenght training for your whole body

TRX Training is bodyweight exercises developing strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It's a total-body training system that allows you to do all sorts of exercises using your body weight. You have to use you core stabilizers to work out with TRX, so you build your core, strength, balance, agility and power.
